Judo is now offered at Grappling Concepts every Thursday night starting at 6:15 p.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m. The cost is $5 per class. Derick Wellman is the black belt instructor who will be teaching the class. Judo is an awesome workout and a great compliment to Jiu Jitsu. This is open to the public. Add more takedowns and throws to your arsenal and use that knowledge in your next grappling tournament or just feel confident walking down the street.
